Frankie Gianino's is named in honor of Bill Gianino's father Frankie, who was a longtime restaurateur in St. Louis. While Frankie is no longer with us, his ideas and recipes live with us now. Some of his original menu creations have been enjoyed at Bill Gianino's Restaurant for over 41 years. These recipes have now been passed on to Billy and Tony, Bill's sons, from our homemade Red Sauce to Frankie's Original Pizzas.
Billy and Tony grew up learning the importance of the independent restaurant business under the mentorship of their father, Bill Gianino. They have now taken the reigns and are helping to expand the Gianino Family Restaurants brand. At Frankie Gianino’s we believe in the tradition of delivering hospitality with the same care and attention to detail as our namesake and patriarch, Frankie Gianino did for his customers.
