Frankie Gianino's Grill & Bar is named in honor of Bill Gianino's father Frankie, who was a longtime restaurateur in St. Louis. While Frankie is no longer with us, his ideas and recipes live with us now. Some of his original menu creations have been enjoyed at Bill Gianino’s Restaurant for over 33 years.  And now have been passed on to Frankie Gianino's Grill & Bar, from our homemade Red Sauce to Frankie's Original Pizzas.

Gregg Medeiros grew up learning the importance of the independent restaurant business by being able to mentor from his best friend's father, Bill Gianino. He now runs Frankie Gianino's with his wife Shannon. You can usually see one or both of them there, as they feel this is their home, and want you to feel as if it is yours too.
